Acceptance

By using Lepus Wipe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

Lepus Wipe is a photo and file cleaning utility for iOS. It scans your photo library and selected folders to identify duplicates, similar photos, blurry images, and other cleanup candidates. All processing happens on your device.

Subscriptions

• Lepus Wipe offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) for unlimited cleanup
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Free trial period, if offered, is forfeited upon subscription purchase

User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing items before deletion. Deleted photos are moved to the Recently Deleted album in iOS Photos and can be recovered within 30 days. Files deleted from folders via the file scanner are permanently removed.

Lepus Wipe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will identify all duplicates or that automatic suggestions are always accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vladyslav Zaiets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including data loss.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
